1. Orders shipped within France​

I

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:

• The customer may cancel the purchase without stating any reason, within 14 days.

• The watch must be returned in its original condition, unworn, complete (including box, papers, accessories), and unaltered.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• A refund will be issued for the price of the product and standard shipping costs (excluding any premium shipping options) once the returned watch has been received and inspected.

 

Important limitations and clarifications:

At Cyclope Watches, we take great care to provide accurate descriptions, especially regarding the size, appearance, and working condition of each timepiece. Our watches are vintage items and may exhibit wear or precision tolerances typical of their age.

Therefore, returns based solely on subjective reasons such as size, personal taste, or how the watch looks on the wrist are not considered valid grounds for non-conformity, and do not justify refusal of refund, provided the product is returned in compliance with the above conditions.

We strongly advise reviewing the full product description carefully before purchasing.

 

2. Orders shipped outside France

For orders delivered outside the European Union, no legal right of withdrawal applies unless explicitly offered by the seller.

As such, Cyclope Watches does not accept returns or refunds for personal preferences (change of mind, taste, style, size, etc.) for international orders.

Returns are accepted only in the following case:

• A mechanical defect upon delivery not disclosed in the product listing.

• The buyer must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting evidence (photos or videos).

• The item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received.

Once the issue has been assessed and confirmed, Cyclope Watches will offer a refund, repair, or replacement, as appropriate. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless a clear error on our part is confirmed.
