At CyclopeWatches, we take pride in offering high-quality timepieces. However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we have a simple and transparent return policy.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to inspect your watch. If you decide to return it, please contact us so we can assist you in arranging the return under the best possible conditions.

Returned items must be carefully packaged in their original condition, including all accessories and documents provided. We strongly recommend using a reputable and specialized shipping carrier, with insurance covering the full value of the product. CyclopeWatches cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring during return shipment.

Once we receive the watch, we will verify that it is in the same condition as when it was sold. You will then have the option of receiving store credit applicable to our catalog or a refund via bank transfer, processed as quickly as possible, and no later than 30 days. The refund or store credit amount will be equal to the purchase price of the watch, minus shipping costs and any other return-related fees.

We take great care in selecting, maintaining, describing, and photographing our watches to ensure a transparent and seamless shopping experience. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before placing your order to ensure that your chosen timepiece meets your expectations.
