The blue Sigma dial is punctuated by four diamonds at the cardinal points. The bezel is set with 60 diamonds, each representing a minute. The heavy integrated 18K yellow gold bracelet is preserved unpolished, with sharp and intact edges. The watch is completed by a sapphire crown, a sapphire crystal in perfect condition, and is powered by the hand-wound Patek Philippe calibre 215, renowned for its finesse and reliability.
Coming from its first owners, this reference 3849 represents the rarest jewelled execution of the Ellipse, produced exclusively with factory gem-setting.
